Looking for the recipe for the Mozzarella Spread Hy-Vee carries in the salad & munchies section. The label lists a lot of commercial ingredients which of course I wouldn't be able to reproduce, but hoping someone has a recipe which approximates it. Ingredients include pizza blend shredded cheese, milk, green onions, crushed pineapple (can't taste this), Hellman's mayo, powdered sugar (doesn't taste sweet at all), & "natural flavors." I can definitely taste garlic in it, but am not sure what else & would like to know the measurements if anyone has them.
