I am looking for an enchilada sauce that isn't red in color. It is more of a tan or light brown color. I had this on enchiladas in a restaurant in Wichita, KS and have been searching for 10 years for something similar. It was a very mild sauce and complimented the cheese enchiladas wonderfully.
